My crown fall off on the weekend . Called on Monday and they got me in no problem . Everybody was so pleasant like always , very friendly place .

I called as a new patient in the morning and they were able to fit me in the same day for an unexpected issue. Dr. Winkel and her staff were so professional and friendly that I felt very comfortable making her my regular dentist. I also appreciated not feeling pressured to schedule extra cosmetic/more expensive procedures or treatments as happens in some offices. Highly recommend!
I am rarely motivated to leave reviews, but I have had such incredible experiences with Dr. Winkel and her staff that I felt I needed to share. Each time I have gone to this office, I am greeted by friendly faces. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate their patients, from initial scheduling to cleanings to more involved services. Best cleaning I've ever had. Dr K. was very informative as well as the hygienist giving me info on how to take care of my teeth concerning my stomach issues. Which by the way no one had bother to share with me before. Clean environment, awesome, awesome place.
I recently went to Dr. Winkel to have three of my teeth prepared for crowns - all during the same appointment. I was apprehensive because this involved a lot of drilling to cut the teeth down so that crowns can be fitted over the stumps. Often the worst part of the procedure is the injection of the local anesthetic. Dr. Winkel was able to do this part with minimal discomfort and I was sufficiently numbed that the drilling was done with no pain at all.
It always impresses me how nice the staff is even when I create stumbling blocks. I left my hat and they put it at the desk for me but I got stuck at a Dr appt at the hospital and did not get back until after hours. They were on the way home when they noticed me and turned right around and went back in to get my hat. Where can you get this treatment usuakky no place. Thanks for all you do.
I love Dr. Winkle, her assistants, her receptionist and her "tooth cleaner". Each one is so friendly, careful, professional, concerned and capable. I appreciate their follow up and "instant" response to needs and concerns of me as their patient.
