I found Dr. Grannatt a well trained orthopedic doctor. Although it may take time for an initial appointment, her staff was very helpful in getting me in as soon as a time opened up. During my appointment, Dr. Grannatt showed genuine interest in what I had to say. She explained why I was still having pain in my knee with certain movements. She followed up this visit with a cortisone injection to lessen the inflammation and fluid that had built up behind my knee. She also gave me a referral for a physical therapy evaluation. Dr. Grannatt and her team have been taking care of my aging knees for some time know including surgery in 2020 during the pandemic. Dr. Grannatt is the consummate professional not to mention extremely friendly. I have never felt rushed, unheard or dismissed. I have recommended her to family and friends and continue to do so. The community is fortunate to have her, Lisa and their competent team.
I recently had a patella dislocation injury and was able to get an appointment to see Dr. Kathryn Grannatt at Beth Israel Medical Center. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly and she explained and addressed all my concerns. Dr. Grannatt has excellent bedside manners. She showed me some home physical therapy. I recently saw Dr. Grannatt for a shoulder injury from a serious fall. I was in pain and thinking the worst but after X-rays and a prescribed regiment of home physical therapy, I am back to 100% only 5 weeks later. This was not my first visit and I can comfortably say that she is at the top of her field and I would happily recommend her.
