I adore Dr Lorenz and have been coming to her for years. She's down to earth and non judgmental. I appreciate that in a provider. I was confused why neither front office staff was wearing a mask when I came in and everyone else is still required to? They did not have one on the entire time I checked in our waited in the waiting room. I just didn't feel like this sent a great message.
