This was my first visit with this physician and as a new patient I was extremely satisfied with the all the treatment I received from the Receptionist to the nurse and the physician.
Dr Lorenz and staff are very professional, kind, caring and helpful. They always provide answers to questions I have and they've always provided excellent direction if I need further help with other medical doctors, i.e., coronary, pulmonary, etc. Very comfortable with their care.
I love Dr. Lorenz as she always have a smile on her face and she makes you relax and comfortable. She doesn't pressure you into test or pills you don't need. Love her. ?
