Dr. Fideler is an Angel! She saved me! She relieved all my fear and anxiety and did an amazing job revising my hip appliance dislocation. I had a bad fall in September that dislocated my left hip replacement appliance which was originally replaced in California in Oct 2024. The dislocation was unable to be fixed in the ER due to an unusual (ball in a ball) appliance I had, so the only option was a revised hip replacement surgery. In June of 2024 I fell and broke my hip while visiting my son in Miami. Dr (Katie) Fideler screwed me back together at Mt Sinai. Dr K Fideler was outstanding, I had my doubts at first because of how young and beautiful she is. She has up-to-date knowledge and explained everything to me step by step. It's been 7 months and you wouldn't even know I broke my hip. I'm back better than ever. Thank you Dr K Fideler! You're the best
Made appointment for my friend. When he showed up the said “sorry your appointment was canceled. We can re-schedule you for next week”. When he showed up the next week he was told “sorry we tried to call you but the doctor is not in today”. Drove 45 minutes each way for the worst service and non apologetic staff ever.
