Drove over 130 miles to see Dr. Copeland.. Dr. Copeland’s nurse/NP tried many times to catheterize me-hurt me trying and failed. When Dr. Copeland came into exam room, she seemed angry and was short with me. Dr. Copeland put a large speculum into me without telling me first-very uncomfortable. Dr. Copeland briefly talked at me, telling me “ you just have an over active bladder.” She said I should try some medication. Soon it’s going to be almost month that I’ve been waiting to hear if I can get on the surgery schedule. I’ve needed to leave the state to purchase a home & I’ve not been able to even plan it without a surgery date! No matter how many times I’ve notified the office that I have secondary insurance I continue to get billed for the full amount. It doesn’t matter who you contact who you email.
