Dr Lau is an amazing gynecologist.. intelligent, patient and very professional provider .. I love her :)
This is just in reference to the receptionist for the OBGYN department. I called to make an appointment on April 14, 2023, around 1:08pm with Dr. Lau, and got transferred several times. When I finally got transferred to make an appointment, the line went silent. I called back and someone put me on hold without saying anything. This is the worst experience I've had trying to make an appointment.
