Had to move to Washington to get good medical care. I was told I was ok…they couldn’t find anything wrong … but I couldn’t breath or walk 5 ft without collapsing. Washington Drs discovered my heart valves were functioning at only 20%. They did not expect me to survive, but I’m still here! Every time I went to an appt I waited 1 1/2 - 2 hrs… & even after waiting I was told she had to leave & I would have to reschedule. My body was convulsing & she paid no attention to it. I had a problem with bloodwork from quest diagnostics. Shassia from the back office called quest & straighten out the bill. I really appreciate her handling it in a matter of couple mins. Thank you. Also the doctors are excellent

Doctor Benson's personality is amazing. She is kind, caring, and seems generally interested in her work. When I get to see her, I know I'm getting the best service. I have been going to see her for three now for an issue that seems to be still a mystery but that's life. As far as I am concerned, five stars. Staff at her office is my favorite staff too since they all seem to know what they are doing. Beatrix is great too, kind and knowledgeable.
