She, along with Ram Singh cancelled it on the spot, insted- slid a separation letter for me to sign, lying, that it was a signature "for my med. records",needed for Thoracic surgeon in UTA, as she is "siding with those who falcified my medical records (Dr.Pham and thoracic surg-Neuman Jahangir), who infected me with Sepsis during open heart surgery 1.5 years ago.I can ... read more
