Dr Bacsik is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is gentle, professional and treats me and my family with the utmost respect. Her staff is incredibly nice and professional. Her office is spotless and clean, and I would never consider going anywhere else. I Recommend her to anyone and I have recommended all my family and friends to her office.
Kathleen yelled at my child, scolding her for innocently joking with other staff. Kathleen is completely unprofessional & immature. The staff said she had acted alone & they had enjoyed joking with my child. I honestly regret paying her for that appointment. And please keep in mind that she tried talking me into sending my child in the back with her alone. I just came across Dr. Kathleen the other day, as I needed a cleaning and some work done on my teeth. My regular dentist wasn't available. They were able to get me in right away without any problems, and were so friendly and nice! The hygienist made me feel so welcoming and comfortable! I highly recommend! I will definitely continue going here from now on.
