The doctors and staff are very respectful and helpful.The doctor does a awesome job with my children and listen to them. They feel comfortable with their doctor and thinks he is a superhero that saves life.
For the Alafaya office: Horrible patient services, and even worse billing practices. Go hear if you like to get shafted with balance billing. They make no compromise and even if you should not get billed upfront as in agreement with your health ins, getting money from the patient before even being seen is their policy. They can't even get the pharmacy to send the scripts to right. On numerous occasions they have sent it to the wrong pharmacy even after having them change AND make sure the have the most up to date pharmac... read more
