I made an appointment 2 months in advance. Because I couldn't get 21 pages filled out a week before, they cancelled my appointment. I completed and offered to hand-carry the documents into the office a couple of days late. They then told me I would have to wait over another month to see her now!! I had a reason two months ago to see her and running out of meds and they don't care!! This is no reason to cancel an appointment and definitely NO WAY to treat a patient much less a person!!
