Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did you feel safe in this psychiatrist's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this psychiatrist always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

I started seeing Dr. Gallentine when I became frustrated with another psychiatrist. By comparison, Dr. Gallentine is a jewel. I just have to come in every three months for a "med check" -- but she is aways available if I need more. This is exactly the kind of attention I need. Her office assistant could use some sensitivity training and an attitude adustment.

I stopped seeing Dr. Gallentine after she flat out refused to assist me on the psychological side; she only wanted to prescribe meds for me, but would not delve into WHY I needed assistance. She wanted me to see the LPC/Counselor that offices with her. I never understood that. I think she's lost the desire to really listen and assist her customers. Plus, Roger Hamilton is a little bitch. I've actually seen him roll his eyes at patients, and he was verbally rude to me on two occasions that I can remember.

I was seeing Dr. Gallentine for a second opinion on my diagnosis of Bipolar 1 Disorder and regarding my lovely med cocktail. I have had the same shrink for 10 years and he has ALWAYS been able to get me stabilized. But for the past year we have had difficulty finding meds that work., so per my internist's wishes I sought a second opinion. And I was NOT IMPRESSED. She the typical shrinks you see on TV. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
