I was with her since 2015 in this year in June she decided to let me go after I told her I was out at the ER due to her over medicating me and she wrote me a letter the very next day saying she was releasing me from her office she would not give me a reason why and now I have to drive over an hour away just for me to see a new neurologist because she has me restricted where I can't go through any jwm or Central Indiana neurology.
