Having patients wait an hour plus after their appointment is wild. Already had to wait months to get in and then Dr, Moreno has me waiting over an hour to get a rushed through appointment?! I understand being busy, I do not understand the disregard and poor one size fits all treatment. Communication is simple and something that should be expected from a doctor, that was not the case here.
Dr Moreno has a wonderful down to earth way about her. Was very clear and answered any and all questions.
Doctor Moreno is a very kind and compassionate surgeon. She was very professional, answered all of my questions and helped me feel calm and comfortable both before the surgery and while I was recovering.
Dr Moreno was my wife’s surgeon for her thyroid cancer. She is very knowledgeable and stays up to date with good medicine. Her bedside manner is very good. She had three surgeries and my wife is doing well.
