trying to charge 130 consultation for Botox
I felt the staff was friendly. The doctor didn't go above and beyond, but they did her jobs. I would recommend them to my friends and family. The service was impeccable if a bit rushed. They usually seem prepared for my appointment and remember most everything important about me and my circumstance. Their equipment seems to be in fairly good condition. They don't have the newest stuff, but it got the job done.
I will absolutely return. I've been coming to Dr. Hong for 20 years and it has helped me manage and cope with my ongoing eczema. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Dr. Hong is thorough and meticulous. She really goes out of her way to make sure I'm well taken care of.
I have been seeing Dr. Do for about 2 years. I have had eczema all my life and have seen many dermatologists before Dr. Do without much improvement. A friend recommended Dr. Do and after just 2 weeks, all my skin rashes and itching disappeared. Now my skin is clear and I can sleep better, perform better at work and live a normal life after years of suffering. I am so grateful to this wonderful doctor!

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The doctor was sympathetic, but rather quiet. However, the doctor seemed very competent and I knew that I could count on her. I was almost late for my appointment because I had a hard time finding the doctors office, as it was tucked behind a Carl's Jr and Carrow's, off of Tully Rd, on an old strip mall, with a mish mash of other businesses.
