I had a negative experience visiting Sage Dental and consulting with Dr. K. Topol. I approached the doctor for consultation and a treatment plan. From the very beginning, the doctor stated that I had the worst insurance company. After examining, I repeatedly asked her for clarification on the sequence of the treatment plan. Initially, I was told that X-rays were necessary, and when I asked again, I was informed that a pulpectomy of one of the teeth would also be required for treating the cavity. This is my favorite healthcare provider office and I have referred many friends to Dr Topol. I find she genuinely cares to do what's best for his patients.
Great office - I was seen right away and my cleaning and exam were very thorough. I have decided to also get an implant placed here. The level of attention, cleanliness and modernity of the office is so impressive.

From the first minute I was there I knew I finally found the right dentist! First, REALLY caring! Amazing. Thoroughly informative & knowledgeable & professional. Oh, AND NO pain. I have no reason whatsoever to go anywhere else! I've already referred my friends & co-workers to this dentist. Thank you so much!
My daughter had a root canal, which she did not need. Waited for ins approval to finish the crown etc. I called the office daily and they could not tell me why there was no approval to finish this job. They stopped returning my calls completely. This was 2 years ago. The tooth cracked in half today and now needs to be pulled.
Do not go to this office. I would like to rate 0 stars, but won't allow it. The staff at Dr. Topol's office is unknowledgeable and very rude. Unfortunately, starts from the top. Tina, the office manager is the worst. They tried to charge me a cop-pay for routine cleaning, which our insurance covers at 100%. She was rude and argumentative, I let it go. Cleaning appointment day, Called to inform 3 blocks away-5 mins.late (traffic). She said no. I went to ask why-she was rude and did not care.
Dr. Topol is patience and on time. Without her in the office, the technicians and other doctors just take their time. Front office staff is friendly.
