As a dentist, I'm sure Dr. Gaines is fine. I've only had my check-ups and cleaning. The reason for my 3-star rating is because during my recent cleaning appt. the hygienist accidentally flicked off my small lateral incisor cap. Unknown to either of us that it was loose. Dr. Gaines took a minuscule dab of adhesive and in under 5 minutes secured it. The next day I received a notice from the office that insurance refused to pay for this service and I owed them $90.00! Went two times and the hygienist was super pushy. She was trying to sell me whitening trays, mouth guard and an automatic toothbrush every time. Don’t go if you prefer not to get solicited.
She has always gave me good advice and helped me find a good oral surgen to pull my teeth for my top dentures. My grandson always enjoyso going there also. My sister and her husband went after I told them about her and also really enjoy her. The staff has always been great too.
