Saw Dr Karl Baumgart - heard he is "very experienced".... He made the consultation so uncomfortable by being very condescending and dismissive. When I needed to ask some questions about the instructions the test he was giving me - he looked so annoyed, and called me 'up tight', 'nervous', 'anxious' - just cause I had a question! Spent the whole consultation telling stupid jokes instead of giving proper direction and answering my questions - resulted in a failed test.
