Doctor was okay and thorough. However, the receptionist was very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Sadly would not recommend due to her poor work ethics and terrible Communication skills between herself and patients. She was condescending and did not have the appropriate demeanour nor verbal skills as a receptionist should. Definitely not in the right profession. You think after all this time she would change.

This review is for Dr. Amber Milward. Do not become a patient of this doctor. The receptionist is incredibly rude and unprofessional, with what I can only describe as a God complex. I called the office 12 times in one day without an answer. When someone finally did pick up, I was immediately put on hold, and then hung up on after waiting for a long time. I called back multiple times and finally got through again. When the receptionist asked if she could place me on hold, I said no — explaining that I had already been hung up... read more

I had a great experiance here being referred from my Doctor who was away, very little wait time, smiling friendly receptionist. Dr Velji recognized my condition and was able to help me. Thank you , indeed a true professional.
