I had to wait 6 months to get an appt. and all went well with the doctor. However, I needed a prescription filled, left messages, no response or called and staff hung up on me. When I tried to call back I only got voice mail and those calls were NEVER returned. I finally called my urologist to see if he would fill my prescription. The reception staff is horrible and I doubt Dr. Kubik is aware of how they are ignoring patients or treating them without care. She did a terrible job with my bladder sling. I had many complications which she would not address. My bladder was obstructed and I had to self cath. I went to UT Southwestern and Dr. Phillipe Zimmern took the sling out and did an ablation on my bladder due to the severity of infection.
Great doctor by there is always a lag time with my scheduled appointment. I’ve never been seen on time. The average wait after the scheduled appointment is about 20 minutes with the longest being 1 and 1/2 hours.
I am extremely pleased with the robotic surgical procedure performed by Dr. Kubik. At the initial office visit she explained in detail the vaginal vault collapse I was experiencing, and why surgical correction was the best option. At the pre op visit she explained to my satisfaction what the robotic procedure would entail, along with the postoperative recovery and follow up. I can't make appointment
Office staff was short like I was bothering them with my call. Was looking for female MD. Don’t think her staff cares about her reputation. MD might be the best around but I will never know.
The surgeon butchered my surgery and I ended up in serious condition at the emergency room. The ER doctors tried to contact her about my condition for over 24 hours and she never called back. The ER doctors were shocked by her neglectful patient aftercare. I ended up with MRSA and was in septic shock. The ER had to perform emergency surgery to save my life. I am now permanently disabled from this.
Dr Kubik is an excellent Dr. She takes time to explain and listen to her patients. Very friendly staff very clean waiting room and patient rooms.
My family member who is a patient here rarely sees Dr. Kubik. She sees the nurse practitioner, Diane, whom we like. The biggest problem with this office is that talking to a live person is nearly impossible! You have to leave a message, and you won't hear back for about two days. If you miss the call, you have to call back, leave a message, and wait another two days. The process of trying to schedule or reschedule is drawn out way too long!
