When my dental insurance provider changed, I had to start my search for a new dental practice. I contacted several dental practices in the network and chose W Dentistry mainly after how Amber was so friendly and helpful during our initial phone conversation. I booked an appointment and the rest is history. Dr Woo and team are fantastic, but Amber is a huge part of why.
I'd be really careful with this place. Towards the end of 2023 (a couple days before the year was out), my wife went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Woo and her dad convinced my wife to get all four teeth removed even though this wasn't a necessary procedure. My wife did mention that she was pregnant, and they assured her that it was a routine procedure, and it was a good time to have the procedure. I went here for cleaning and the cleaning itself was amazing! Then they recommend doing 11 fillings in 3 appts. The first one went really well. The second one was so so. I had severe pain after it but it went away after follow up appt. The third one went terrible. I got pain and come back for 2 follow up appts and the pain was still there. Then they send me to another doctor. Eventually pain went away after 6 months. Update: I saw owner response that this review is for the wrong office and they are lying. I recently had a cleaning with Brittany and it was the best cleaning I've ever had. She did such a great job and was informative and helpful with how to keep my teeth clean and healthy. Highly recommend Britany and Dr. Woo! Amber the front desk manager is also quick to respond for booking appointments!
My mom’s tooth broke and I found that our old dental office had shut down, so I contacted Dr Woo’s office and was able to get her in the next day for an exam and a temporary crown on the same day! It was perfect timing because I know dental offices schedules are so busy at the end of the year. Everything worked out so well. I was then also able to get myself in for an exam and x-rays the following week and scheduled some treatment appointments just after that.
