Going to the dentist is never fun, except here. The office staff are terrific.
Everyone at this office is very kind and helps me feel relaxed when I am there.
Do not come here. Nothing against Dr Woo but if you cancel, even ahead of time, they charge you $75. And they might reschedule you the day of appointment but doesn’t call you and then would charge you the $75. Update: the receptionist found the post and we were told to remove the comment. We choose not to. Our family has moved on from the place so want to leave a warning to everyone.
I moved to the Issaquah area years ago and tried to find a new dentist. My neighbor recommended Dr Woo and I gave a try. The first appointment was great. For the second one, I was so disappointed and upset because when I was leaving my home to the office I found my appointment was canceled !!! The office only sent a simple text message to cancel it without any calls!!! My all day plan was ruined.
