She is not a doctor. She has treated this patient poorly ever since they were a little toddler. When they had a severe allergic reaction, she did nothing to secure the child with pain medication or advice. They should have gone to the hospital and suffered tremendously for weeks. Very kind, compassionate and genuine. I have worked with and known many pediatricians in the past, and Dr. Prentice is my favorite. She is generally concerned with the whole child: health, happiness, diet, exercise, etc.
Karen Prentice does not seem to listen to parents. She seems to have her mind made up and that's that. She is not compassionate. We are not going back to Prentice and would highly recommend another pediatrician if you're looking at her for your child'a doctor. She wants what she wants. Her MA Anita has a very dry personality and is not very friendly.
