Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? They were explained, but not thoroughly Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
