The only reason we are giving a one star is for Dr. Puckett herself. The office staff are disrespectful, unapologetic, and extremely difficult to deal with. They are rude to the patient and make it a very uncomfortable place to visit. When Dr. Puckett opened her business it was warm, friendly, and offered a safe place for a woman to feel respected and cared for.
