Today I had a root canal done. Dr. Rethmeyer is an excellent dentist. She has done so much for my oral health over the years. I definitely recommend her. She has a great office staff, from the front desk to the Hygienist, and her Assistant. I would myself, personally rate Dr. Rethmeyer 10 stars!!!
Dr. Karen has saved my health and sanity. I had severe jaw pain that was preventing me from sleeping and caused headaches. I had been treated before by another dentist and even saw an oral surgeon who more or less said I had to live with it until it became bad enough to require jaw surgery. No one was able to relieve my pain and headaches. Then I saw Dr. Karen who created a custom dental appliance and saw me for follow-up adjustment visits. we visited to have fillings done- she went above and beyond to make it cost effective and better than the original plan! it was easy to get into the office for the appointment, too. thank you for your help and i will be back for more!
Highly recommend. Best dentist I've found in KC in last 15 years. Lost a filling, replacing it was pain free, chairside manner was gentle and soothing, not patronizing. Staff are just as wonderful. I was in good hands.
My wife immigrated to the US and not long afterwards expeienced terrible pain in her jaw. In her own country she had had her teeth cleaned and examined one time in Public School. She had portions of two molars broken off and the rest became infected. She has a horrible fear of Doctors, so I found Dr. Rathmeyer and took her in. Dr. Rethmeyer seems to be able to be honest with you about your dental health without doing it in a condescending or demeaning way. My son and I both go to her and she is really great with kids. I have found everyone in her office to be pleasant and helpful.
Karen Rethmeyer is the best dentist I have ever had. Karen is a little higher than other dentists I have used (not allot) but a little higher. I must tell you though, the skill, care, comfort and quality she and her staff provide, in addition to the best customer service are worth every penny. Dr. Rethmeyer and her staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. I'm 45 yrs old and have ALWAYS expected pain from dentists. The word RELAX never applied in a conversation about dentists and their seemingly sadistic methods. They actually took their time to make sure I felt comfortable and didn't treat me like the scaredy-cat baby I am. It's going to sound crazy, but I actually looked forward to my appointments.
