I went to the office this afternoon to make an appointment due to making an appointment online and hearing back feom anyone in the office. The young woman at the front desk thought it was funny that she had not checked the companies email for appointments all day. I did not find that funny. I made an appointment, which I will cancel due to finding another dentist. I feel that if the front staff is so laxed, what will the back staff be like. Came to Delaney's Dental Clinic for about 3 visits/cleanings, never had any major issues until my last. Dr. Delaney stated I had 6 cavities to which I could not have been more surprised. They even booked me on a separate appointment to take care of them. I decided to part ways when they deliberately charged me without notifying me that re-scheduling same day costed $75 (even though I had attempted calling the Saturday prior to my appointment). Dr. DeLaney is the best dentist I have ever had treat me; believe me, through many moves, I know. I have a regular dentist in town, but she treated me through the Army Reserve Health Readiness Program to take care of a few Class III dental issues I had failed to get done on my part. Her demeanor and care are spot on. I will be switching to her full-time care Monday. And the fact that she and my wife are Buffalo natives makes it even easier to switch dentists.
I really enjoy the folks in the office! They are great with children and family oriented!
