Updated: After being unable to reach Dr. Alleyne after trying to do so for over a month, and with less than a weeks of medication remaining, I had to change providers. I don't know what's happening and hope she's okay, but worry what would happen to someone less persistent than me or with more severe symptoms. Nevertheless she did provide good care for me for a couple years. It is extremely hard to get in touch with the office. There is no way to leave a message directly for the doctor as in other practices so you have to go through an answering service which is always a long wait (over 15 minutes). I had an appointment to pick up a prescription but there was no one there when I arrived (lights out, door locked). When I tried to call several times, I got a busy signal. Very unresponsive/ hard to get in touch with outside of your appointment. My medication was making me sick and I had to stop taking it w no replacement which was already bad. Assistant (? Older guy) was very rude and condescending because I was ten minutes late for my LAST appointment and dr. a took a new patient. Which is fine, but he let me sit in the waiting room for almost an hour thinking I was "about to be seen".
