Very caring and is the gentlest dentist I've ever experienced.
Dr Kanowitz and Co. provided me with a first class consultation and provided me with the information and reassurance needed to go forward with them to remove 2 wisdom teeth. On the day of removal I was in and out in a flash with no discomfort. Everything was slick and professional. I would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Dr Kanowitz and team!
When you think of a trip to the dentist, your mind becomes crowded with prospect of enduring pain. This was before I met Dr Colin. There are lots of superlatives I could use to describe the level of professionalism, skill and most importantly, the affable nature of this human being. I have an acronym which is FEAR. I had my tooth removed today and the experience was amazing. I was so nervous beforehand. When I got there, Dr Kanowitz and all staff was so friendly and reassuring. After injecting local anaesthetic, it was less than five minutes, my tooth was removed uneventfully. I was so surprised to be told that everything was done. I highly recommend Dr Kanowitz if you have to get your tooth removed!
As the appointment slot is not available till next week, I have to cancel it after making one. I needed urgent dental care for my swollen gums asap. However, speaking with Randa is a pleasant moment at the reception. She is very customer focussed and I entered this review because she has provided me with exceptional customer service. She is very easy to speak with. Thanks again Randa.
