Nice clean office. Doctor was good, listened to me and spent time with me. The nurses were also nice. I plan to change her to my PCP. recommend to fellow patients looking for a good doctor.
I have been going to Dr Govil for the last 5 years. Even when she was at Nova Medical Group in Ashburn. I feel that she is really good at diagnosing the problem and fixing it. She also explains the problem in detail and such that I understand. Her staff was nice and the office was very clean.
Dr Govil's office staff need to learn to be professional to all her patients. Been going to her for a few years now, but I have had a couple of bad experiences with their billing. For vaccinations which are 100% covered by my insurance, they claim as 'office visit' and charge me a copay. It has happened more than a few times and am planning to change my primary physician.

We are sorry to see your complain. Our staff tries their best to take care of the billing issues. Unfortunately not all insurance plans are the same. Depending on each plan the patients have to pay a deductible/copay or coinsurance. If we charge something by mistake, we proactively either refund it ASAP or add it as a credit in your account once your EOB is received.
