Usually when I went to the dentist, in Romania (my home country) I always had a dreadful experience, my emotional trauma exceeding the dental pain. Here, when I walked in Dr. Sanderson's office I felt like entering a home, everyone smiled and greeted me nicely. People here talked to us. I mean, having a conversation.
