Made app. with Dr. Foroughi with my Insurance. Office called and confirmed app. with Dr. Foroughi. On arrival I waited almost an hour, while patient arriving 15 minutes after me with app. 1/2 later than mine was called. On my objection, receptionist snapped " that happens Honey". I had two root canals done by Dr Foroughi, he was so caring and knowledgable that made the experience very comforting. His assistants were very attentive too. The only complain that I could bring up is his phone service. Other than that he is one of the best doctors I ever had
Was merely trying to make an appointment. Was cut off 3 times, spoke to 3 different "ladies" and when I vented my frustration, was told something like: "Don't take it out on me, it wasn't me you were speaking to." In a super-arrogant tone. Finally, just hung up and will look for a new specialist.
I went to get X-rays done and had to wait over an hour. The woman at the front desk was clearly swamped and because of that she could not give me any answers. She made me call my insurance to see if they covered this doctor, EVEN THOUGH on the phone she said that they did cover it. When I repeated what she told me over the phone she said "well we say anything to get people in." (I'm not kidding!!). The doctor told me I needed a root canal, but gave me no explanation. As a Patient ready to pay cash for RC on a few teeth, he obviously lost over $3k easily; his secretary hung up on me twice when I was speaking and then when I called back she just clicked off. The 5th call she finally stays on long enough for me to ask "are you hanging up on me on purpose" her reply, "yes because your annoying... your pressing buttons while your talking" EXCUSE ME she must not understand the concept of answering phones for a professional or communication. The worst dentist out of the worst. Spent 4 hours in the office just to take 2 X-rays, should have left right there and then, root canal was done bad, then redone 2 times more, now I am going to see another endodontist to redo it again. Doctor is a sweet talker, but hardly knows what he is doing. Be prepared to spend whole day in the office if you have an appointment, better yet find another dentist.
Amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable, helpful and sincere.He gave me his honest opinion about complicated dental issue I had.
I hate to write a review, but i have to write this so people can know that he is a great dentist.I have to admit , it was the best experience ever!!! I was so scared before coming to this place , I always has a bad experience with a dentist. I had the worst experience ever. After waiting for a couple of hours he told me to come back another day. When I asked for my many back(since you pay before you even see the doctor) the receptionist told me that I needed to leave a deposit for my next appointment.The doctor was not clear regarding my root canal situation. I got my many back, but I am not going back ever again.
