Dr. Benjamin Kamel is truly exceptional. He listened carefully, ordered an X-ray immediately, personally reviewed the results, and took the time to explain everything clearly before discussing treatment options. My experiemce was 5 stars! Dr Kamel and his team of 2 additonal doctors saw me for right heel pain. After reviewing my history, reviewing my exays, and listening to my description of the pain and my concerns, he immediately knew how to help! I was diagnosed and provided exercises and a boot to wear in the evening. Also, he recommended good shoes for my condition. I have the pleasure to work hands on with Dr. Kamel and his care for his patients is outstanding. During cases his expectations of a successful outcome always raises. Great experience with Dr Kamel. He totally sees me as a person. He has very solid clinical knowledge and proceeds with caution. He did not try to sell me anything. He was very respectful of the previous doctor I had been seeing but now I am under his care. I am a 30 yr medical device sales professional so I’ve been around the block a few times with doctors, hospitals and the US healthcare system.
Dr. Kamel and the intern were absolutely amazing. He explained my condition in terms I could understand and provided suggestions to assist with my recovery. And, the bedside manner and professionalism were top notch! I've seen other podiatrists over the years and he by far exceeded my expectations.
