This has been my family doctor since I was a kid and I have not seen this doctor in 9-10 years because last time I went to her (I was 16) and told her about my mental health issues. she did nothing about it instead laughed after that I have called them multiple times to make an appointment in the past 10 years almost because they have never picked up my calls ive had to go to emergency at the hospital or the walk in clinic as they were quicker. Negligent towards patients. It's faster to get a check-up at a walk-in clinic or even an emergency room.
Never picks up phone calls. Impossible to get an appointment. Does not listen to the patient.
Extremely negligent.
