I saw Dr. Buttar in 2017 when he was covering for my PCP. I went to the office concerned about an enlarged lymph node; he told me "woah that's HUGE there's NO WAY that's a lymph node, it's just a lipoma." I asked if we could do an ultrasound to make sure. He said no it isn't necessary and was very dismissive of my concerns and unwilling to listen.
