The staff is all friendly and helpful. Dr. Wright is great at what she does but has poor communication skills. She sometimes forgets the patient isn't a doctor and needs to take the time to explain things in a way the patient can understand. Procedures are always on time.
Never saw the Dr. Wright my last visit. Was not called prior to my appointment and informed there were changes in my procedure that were no longer covered by insurance. A staff member told Dr. Wright that I was called. Fact was, I was not. I decided at this point that it was time to move on, I found a much more competent specialist with a very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Wright was more interested in getting Munson to let her do acupuncture than she was focused on the task at hand, patient care. I see her ratings ha... read more
Dr.Wright has been taking care of me for several years now. She helps with my degenerative disc disease. She has been injecting shots in my lower back for the pain I get from the disease. I’ve only received a sedative once so I wouldn’t feel the shots. Now I just let her do what she is really good at. I barely feel anything. She is very nice and has a good bedside manner. The staff there are all wonderful. They too are professional. They all have great personalities. I will keep going back for as long as I can.

She admitted that an injection of steroids could likely help as it would get rid of inflammation in the nerve. her total exam consisted of a few minor checks. She said that I was not in enough pain to warrant treatment. I asked why not since I am rapi... read more
Do yourself a favor, if you plan on seeing this doc more than once, find another doc. Wish I could go into more detail.
Have been seeing Dr. Wright for lower back pain for a few years and could not be happier with my treatment and pain relief.
She was the anesthesiologist scheduled for an outpatient procedure. She came in rude. I asked a basic question, she glared, then stomped off saying, "Talk to your surgeon about it." Her behavior was shocking for such an innocuous question. If you ever hear this individual is scheduled for your procedure, request another. As unprofessional in any occupation that I've ever encountered.
Dr. Wright has really made an phenomenal difference in my life. I am now 99% pain free and able to enjoy my days working and playing again. Feel like a new man. Thanks Doc!
