Extremely poor communication from stonebrook dental. Embarrassing at this point. 2 appointments in 7 days were canceled but they forgot to tell me. I showed up and waited 20 minutes, seated in a dentist chair, only to be told it was canceled. Pathetic
My first visit was great. I just moved from the Bay Area to Sacramento and I found Stonebrook. I was booked for 2:30 but they called in before the appointment to tell me they had an earlier slot available. I walked in at 2:00 and was walking back to my chair at 2:05. The hygienist, front desk personnel, and the Dr were amazing. The Hygenist was caring and soft with the tools. Overall great experience
Please build a shrine for Dr. Patel! He is not only incredibly skilled, he is honest and has so much integrity. I was experiencing some communication issues with staff at this office regarding a contract and estimate and getting very frustrated by what was happening. He stepped in and immediately cleared up any confusion and even went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the outcome, despite the office taking a loss.
