Take your business elsewhere. She lets other members in the office practice on patients. It is not right. Those kids are interns still in training and they are taking the eye pressure of patients wrong and giving false information to patients. The doctor perscribed an eye drop that had a terrible side effect for my mother.
Dr. Jatla is a doctor whom I value and I think she is excellent. But I’m questioning if I am going to take my money elsewhere since my last visit with another provider during her absence. I have been her patient for years, but she was not in office for a recent visit, so I had to schedule with another Dr. in the same office. I will never do that again. Not only were my assessments/procedures not completed in one visit (as they would have been if I had seen Dr. Jatla), but I did not find Dr. Nguyen to be of caring value to th... read more
