If you get a referral to go to Dr. Kalil Al-Nassir, please seek a second opinion or a different doctor! This doctor likes to take from your insurance my poor dad was a victim. He has been on an oxygen concentrator until we got him with a different doctor, who tested him again , and he no longer needed it. As soon as we told the new doctor who prescribed the oxygen ,she requested a re-test. It seemed like she knew what he was doing . Just left my first appointment with Dr. Nassir. His staff was amazing to me. Check-in was very nice and welcoming. Crystal, his NP, was so amazing and answered all my questions. Linda, his RT, was so patient and understanding. Dr. Nassir took time to explain how my conditions were related to other specialists I am seeing and explained how this was going to be monitored. Check out was seamless and personalized. Thank you for calming my fears. :)

Was very rude, made fun of my other medical problems I have that has nothing to do with pulmonology making me feel very bad about myself...Wanted me to do very dangerous tests that are totally unnecessary...Made a huge deal to my GPs office when they requested my records...Very unprofessional!!

They require you to come in every 3 months for testing but can not seem to hire enough staff to help. Been with out my inhaler for 4 days and I had an appointment and they still can not find the time to call in LIFE SAVING medication. Way understaffed, they’ve used the same excuse for over 2 years now.
