I had to have a front tooth extracted and an implant placed due to an accident in which I broke my nose, bit through my lower lip, and fractured a front tooth. The accident was traumatic enough, but then entrusting my mouth to a complete stranger was almost as distressing. This office is horrible. They try to bill you for cancellations that were caused by the office staff. The biller/insurance lady is rude and inefficient. I complained to the doctor about this and she did nothing. Do not go to this office.
An amazing oral surgeon and the nicest person. Very skilled and meticulous. No one loves oral surgery, but Dr. Chi made this a breeze.
All that I can say is Wow. Dr.Chi's office personnel are professional. The atmosphere is quiet and calming as most of my experiences in dental care have been the opposite. Examining/OR rooms are spacious, clean and modern with a large white board that projects images (xrays)needed to explain your case. Dr. Chi is thorough, approachable and engaged.
