Horrible my Unit and others were broken into several times. Poor payment processing. Leading to excessive late fees. Upon leaving the unit tons of mice/rat feces. No deposit returned. Do NOT recommend 0 stars. They should not be in business.

Horrible customer service. If I could give a zero I would We were clients for ten years since it was cheap. Never late on payments. We gave two verbal notices that we were closing our account. During those notices we asked if we needed to do anything else to close account. We just received a notice almost 6months later stating we owed them over 200 dollars and are sending us to collections since we didn't provide written notice.. Called the office. Terrible. Our locker got broken into and they took no responsibility. Not only that but they noticed and failed to let us know. We had to find out by going to our locker and opening it to see the wall had been broken from the locker next to ours. All they did was put a lock on that locker and didn't ever give us notice. Still tried to send me a bill for the next month because I didn't email them notice even though I spoke with two people saying we were removing our stuff. Awful experience trying to get out of an agreement with them. Gave proper notice and received a bill 30 days later saying my payment was late. They are not organized at all and have disgusting customer service! DO NOT USE! STAY AWAY!!!
