Dr.Krupa is the worst dentist. Got a chemical burn from her suction tube during a visit, probably from improper cleaning and rinsing. Brought it up with photo evidence of scarring and she dismissed it as me having sensitive skin. Ortho treatment was also extremely poor and prolonged and felt like she was trying to milk my parent’s insurance.
Very dismissive staff and Dentist, 100% waste of time and money. Kept having to do a rescan multiple times for Invisalign because they didn’t do it properly. Would absolutely not recommend. Reception is nice, and some assistants/hygienists are very helpful and kind. Otherwise wouldn’t really recommend for orthodontic purposes.
Did my cleaning there. Staff is very helpful.
