Absolutely horrible. The new associates are rude. I’ve been a patient with dr K for years and the change over has been terrible. I went to speak to the dentist today who no longer takes Odsp and there was no conversation. No warming no nothing about u need to find another dentist. I went in to make and appointment and have never in my whole life felt so ashamed and embarrassed . The receptionist couldn’t even speak in a respectful manner once she asked the dental plan. front desk staff are rude and do not listen to you. dr. kowthemi who used to work here was unprofessional and caused nerve damage.
