Nothing but great things to say about this practice! My 8 year old son sees Dr. Rich and I see Dr. Patel and they are both phenomenal. All of the receptionists, hygienists, and assistants are nothing but nice, friendly and welcoming also!
Love everything about the office and staff! Dr. Rich is phenomenal and treated my son fantastically. I don't think there are enough positive things to say about our experience.
Fun and professional for the kids - and NO CAVITIES!
Today I had the unfortunate situation of needing a root canal. I started having pain yesterday which proceeded into this morning. When I called Dr. Patel's office and told them about the excruciating pain I was experiencing, not only did they have me come in right away, they had already booked an appointment for me with the endodontist. My son had an accident yesterday which caused injuries to his mouth and teeth. I called the office today to request an appointment for tomorrow when they're open. Dr. Patel called me back, Sunday, and had me text her photos of his teeth. She then opened her office TODAY to treat him. I am very, very grateful...and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for caring dental practice.
Dr Patel and her staff are so awesome! Everyone is so nice and all make you feel welcomed from the moment you come in until you leave! I came in needing cosmetic work due to being born without a tooth near the front. I never liked to smile and if I did I preferred to cover my mouth, however in a little over a year I have a brand new smile!! Thank you!
I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I have to here. This office is amazing with kids! I took two of my kids in this morning ages 5 and 2.5. My daughter who is 2.5 has never been to the dentist and has a hard time allowing doctors to check her out. Dr. Clark was awesome and extremely patient with her. This really was a visit to see that her teeth came in ok, give a fluoride treatment, and start easing her into coming to the dentist.
