Dr.Mattam is so rude and would not listen to me. Apparently from reviews I’m far from the only one who’s been treated poorly by her. Some positive reviews talk about her “brutal honesty” or “tough love”… the truth is she is tactless and cruel. I went into her office in a good mood and left in tears. She should not be practicing.
Called to ask for an appointment. They asked for my insurance and hung up on me. Rude. Can’t imagine how bad their service must be.
Horrible experience trying to get an appointment- whoever answers the phones is very rude. I explained which medications I was taking and she cut me off mid sentence and said “find another doctor we don’t do either of those” When my insurance guaranteed they could do it for me. VERY disappointed. Do not waste your time.
I first gave this doctor a positive review but the more I see her, the ruder she is. I don't recommend her, unfortunately :(
If I could give her zero stars or even negative stars I would. We see Dr. Mattam for my 6 year old son through GA HOPE. She has a contract with the company and is unfortunately the only one with their practice who can see children my son's age. From the very first appointment she has been rude, unhelpful, and downright un-empathetic to our situation.
