DR seemed to be rushed, did not spend much time with him.
I met with Dr. Penn after being referred by my primary care doctor. He took the time to get a thorough interview before recommending a series of tests. He fully explained everything and instilled a strong confidence. He took all of the time I needed to review the test results, describe my course of treatment and respond to all of my concerns. He treats the whole patient with care, compassion and a brilliant mind. I am grateful to be in his care.
