Dr. Penn is personable, professional, and has keen insight. I don't know that I'd like to recommend him to anyone because I'd like to keep him for myself lol.

Dr. Penn was recommended by Dr. Elina Minami, who is a heart transplant specialist, at the University of Washington Medical Center. Dr.Penn was patient, thorough, competent, and kind. Dr. Penn reviewed my chart, and ordered a cardiac CT angiogram, and referred me to Dr. Vasin, who is a nephrologist, who specializes in the treatment of high blood pressure. I have found that great physicians refer you to other great physicians, while the duds refer you to other duds. Dt.Pennis one of the best!
