My husband went to see Dr. Johnson on a Tuesday due to kidney stone, the only thing the doctor do was X-rays and told my husband he will get a call to schedule another appointment to have the stone removed by surgery. By Wednesday, he had not received any call or anything, so he called them, he was told that they were waiting in the Insurance approval to be able to schedule the appointment. We decided to call the insurance to speed up the process but the insurance told us that there was no order or anything from the doctor. ... read more
Felt I was rushed thru this appointment. Appointment didn't last more than 10 minutes and I had to tell him I why was there.
I give Dr. Johnson 5 stars! My mom has been diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. She saw Dr. Johnson approx. a week ago. Dr. Johnson was very nice, personable, and knowledgeable. I liked him although he did not introduce himself when he walked into the room. He was straight forward and did not beat around the bush. I liked that. When checking out we were told that the surgery scheduler would contact us no later than Monday. My mom was in fact contacted by the surgery scheduler on Monday via TEXT MESSAGE. Very unorganized. On more than one occasion I have confirmed an appointment through their app, show up and they state there is no doctor there. I have had tests cancelled due to broken or dead machines, or the doctor not being available even after the appointment was confirmed. What few appointments I did manage to have with Dr. Johnson he seemed very rushed, did not take the time to listen, and just had a prescription offering for any concern or symptom versus trying to figure out what is causing the symptom or concern.
Dr Johnson is great. His office is nearly useless. They are unable to schedule labs without multiple calls. 5 times in a row they have failed.
