I have had an excellent experience with Dr Alexander and his team. I had a very short wait a non-urgent surgery. The level of care has been excellent, the hospital stay was smooth and pleasant, and recovery is going well.
The care was amazing both pre and post operatively. Maddie at Dr Alexander’s rooms was extremely helpful. The nursing staff at Burnside Stepney were wonderful and very caring. Thank you to both Dr Hicks and Alexander. All up 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dr Alexander is a fantastic upper-limb surgeon. His depth of knowledge and technical skills ensured that my shoulder had the best chance of recovery. His warmth and humour coupled with his honesty and realistic expectations of what to expect with recovery after a long-standing injury were very much appreciated. Dr Alexander's assistant, Maddy, was also extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Phone consults for a CMC joint fusion and travelled from Alice Springs for surgery. Very easy to coordinate and results so far have been great
The entire Team working with Dr Justin Alexander are incredible! The process from beginning to end was effortless. We are 700kms away from Adelaide and there were no second thoughts from the team to accommodate a Tele appointment. This is obviously extremely helpful when there is so much time and costs involved in having to travel to Adelaide.
