We were grateful to Dr Alexander for the fast and personal attention he gave to our needs. He explained my daughter’s injury in terms we clearly understood, identified our options and what was required at surgery. Maddy was fast and professional, organised the surgery within a week as well as follow-up x-rays and consult. Rehab followed exactly as predicted and happily today my daughter is carrying on normal activities.

I can not thank Dr Justin Alexander & his PA Maddy enough after he repaired my left shoulder. I had a LARGE ROTATOR CUFF TEAR that prevented me from being able to use my left arm and the severe aching at night would keep me awake. It's now 14 weeks post OP and I have full range of motion ZERO PAIN and are now able to start swimming & strengthening exercises to build back theose muscles that wasted away as a result of not being able to use the arm for so long. Dr. Justin Alexander and Maddy have been amazing! Dr Alexander made me feel comfortable and confident from day one, explaining everything clearly and delivering great results. Maddy was friendly, organised, and made the whole process easy from the initial console all the way to the follow-ups after surgery. Couldn’t recommend them more!
