After not wanting to be weighed and giving an approximate weight to his assistant, Dr. Edge came into the exam room and asked me what I weighed. I told him the same thing I told his assistant. He made a snarky remark insinuating it wasn’t correct. In actuality, I weighed 2 lbs less this morning than the weight I offered. I felt he acted unprofessionally. I won’t go back to him again. There are PLENTY of other gastroenterologists in Atlanta to choose from..
He is friendly, upbeat and down to earth. He explains in layman's terms. He told why he chose to do a procedure and the steps it included. I know I'm in good hands with him.
Once I told a member of his staff what was going on with me Dr. Brown wanted to see me that day. I was so scared and in a panic mood, but once I saw Dr. Brown he told me what he through it was but also gave me another date to come back. Everything he told me was right . They even call back to check on me. I would recommend Dr. Brown to everyone who's having issues with their colon. He's the BEST!!!!!!
Although my visits are short and sweet, Dr. LeVine is so wonderful, thoughtful, understanding and always patient with me with all of my questions!!! I just love him!
Reading some of these reviews and I think people just love to put each other down. Im sorry for flabbergasted but in no way is any one in that office rude or undereducated. It seems that no one that you came into contact with was good enough for you. Dr. Kalmin took time to discuss my problems with Microscopic Colitis (which he discovered at my colonoscopy 5 years ago.). He also prescribed a new medication for me to try. This was all done during my appointment to schedule a colonoscopy. I appreciated the this additional help.
Dr. Okoro dislocated my jaw during an endoscopic exam, and she never took responsibility for her mistake. She left it to my family to find and arrange for maxillofacial surgery to repair my jaw after six days of nightmarish suffering.
