I have been going to Dr. Xiao for 7 years. She is awesome. She is very professional, she helped me in all facets of maintaining my teeth and fixing my teeth. She referred me to a very good orthodontist. Every time I go in for a cleaning, she spends substantial time with me, ensuring everything is right and making sure the care is 100%. She has done all kinds of work on my teeth, from a root canal to fixing chips, and I would give her more stars than 5 if I could. This dentist has poor communication and people skill. Awful listener, felt rushed and forced to do some service that I am not comfortable with. I will never go back to this place even if they offer it for free.

Not sure what the positive reviews that were posted here, probably from relatives of direct friends of the staff or doctor. Look closely. I dropped by since no one was picking up the phone. Yes, the staff was somewhat friendly, but the dentist appears that she does not know what she is doing. I ended going to another dentist and right away they've advised me that there was no need for the additional "recommended" procedure of a root canal. Please stay clear from this place or get a sec. opinion.
