It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around
It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
